Refund Policy

 
We do have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 
 
 
Eligible for a return
 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging or if the item you received is severely damaged from transit, we will ask for photos and for you to send the item back to us with proof of postage. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. PLEASE NOTE: If you change your mind about an item, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. 
 
Damages and Issues 
 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item you received is severely damaged from transit or is the wrong item, if the item is damaged we will ask for photos, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
 
Exceptions / non-returnable items 

  • Certain types of items cannot be returned or refunded:
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized items
  • Bundled items at discounted rates, e.g. "2 for £7.99" (unless the entire bundle is returned)
  • Items you have already used 

However, if your item is damaged or defective, these exceptions do not apply. In this case, we'll take care of it and work with you to find the best solution.

. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
 
Cancelling your order 
You have to cancel your order within 1-2 days so we can stop the production, if you fail to cancel then the order will be delivered to you but you have the right to refuse delivery of the item, costs may occur to send it back to us.
 
Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
